2. Pinpoint only the necessary parts of the base from the archive “TOP Database divided into more than 800 subcategories.” Just something you didn't have before
Most often it is more convenient to use option No. 1- install a complete database from scratch in the form of one file (which itself is imported with an expanded structure). To do this, first remove the previous version and install the new one.
The second option for updating the database is in parts. You take the category or sub-subcategory of the database you need and put it either completely (but then the history of your registrations will probably not be saved), in a place cleared of the old database, or in the same old part of the database.
In the second case, if you import from above onto an already existing part of the database, corrected during your work, then your settings will remain, but my new database can only add new resources to you, but will not exclude from your database those that I cleaned up in the new update.
So that only new sites are added in this case (when updating only one part of the database) - i.e. those that were not in the previous part of the database, and not the entire part of my database from the update, do not forget to leave the “Exclude domain duplication”, “exclude link duplication” checkboxes.
In general, unfortunately, the program does not provide other options (perhaps not yet), so decide for yourself what is best and most convenient for you from what can be done.

1. Removing the old database

3.4. How to use database search?
There are so-called filters for this.
To quickly search by any of the fields:
1) if you know its exact meaning(for example, the value 4 for Page Rank), enter it - i.e. number 4 in the empty line under the column names.
2) if you don't know the exact value you're looking for, enter part of it between % characters

In the “Bases” section, click on the desired category (so that there is a checkmark with subcategories), select all sites, select “define parameters” in the left column, select there the parameters that you need to determine for this group of sites from the database - Yandex ban, Google ban, Tits and Page Rank of the domain, HTTP code (error code), domain age, Alexa Rank, Yandex Catalog, DMOZ catalog, Yandex theme , Yandex region, etc.

The only thing I noticed is that Allsubmitter does not very accurately determine some values, for example, TIC. And yet, it’s better to run it twice - at least the HTTP code for a small part of the sites run through the parameters is not correct the first time either.
And also keep in mind that the database mainly contains links to pages with an add form, and not the main pages of sites, so Page Rank should be set in the parameters of the domain (main).
Also, when there are a large number of parameters at once and a large database is being checked, Allsubmitter may freeze or crash. If you experience this problem, try fewer parameters and smaller portions of the database.
Option 2: Fast filtering during the semi-automated registration process(according to sites previously checked for parameters).
You can select the desired part of the database - for example, Site Directories - White, start semi-automatic registration and quickly select only sites with the necessary parameters for priority registration - for example, Tits is greater than or equal to 10 (without transferring them to separate subcategories in the database).

3.6. How can I simultaneously change a parameter en masse throughout the entire database or in a desired part of the database in all sites at once?
For example, if you need to put the same comment on several sites, your comment or your value in the “Successful registration line” or “Link type” field, etc.
Select the part of the database you need, right-click on the selected sites and select “Edit”.

After this, all selected sites will have this exact comment. It will overwrite everything that came before it. Therefore, handle this field carefully; it is impossible to roll back to previous values.
3.6. How to collect your own database?
I specially regularly send you updates in 2 versions in asd4 format(except txt format):
1) As ONE file, which is imported into the place of the remote base system and is also built into all categories. In this case, you lose some of your settings - remote sites, settings on passed sites. But you get a cleaned and updated version of the database.
2) In the form of more than 800 files– i.e. all categories and subcategories, taken separately. So, if it is more convenient for you, if, for example, you very carefully collect your own database for certain types of sites or topics and you definitely need to save your own settings for your database, then you can import my database in parts.
When importing some piece of my database, you can leave the “Exclude duplicate links” and “Exclude duplicate domains” checkboxes and then only that part of my database is imported that was not in yours and mine previous.
You can create your own database, either by parsing using the SE Wizard in the “Bases” section.
