MGTS tariff plans for home telephone. Free hotline number to contact the MGTS operator. What are dividends

It seems that the home telephone has long ceased to be a means of essential communication. The world is developing rapidly and does not stand still; even grandmothers buy mobile phones to always be in touch. Moreover, as practice and received invoices show, communicating on a mobile phone with a certain tariff or on the Internet is much cheaper than using a landline phone.

However, for many, the question remains of what MGTS Moscow tariffs for a home telephone will be in 2018. Because not many people have completely given up their home telephone. Even if calls are not made through this device, there is a subscription fee. So, you definitely won’t be able to free yourself from payments completely.

About increasing payment rates

As you know, our country has been experiencing a rather difficult economic situation for several years now. This means that people’s actual wages are falling, but payments for various types of housing and communal services are growing. Including last year, the Federal Tariff Service for MGTS increased them from June 1, 2016. An average tariff increase of 3.5% was recorded, although it was initially predicted that the increase would be 3.1%.

Of course, on the one hand, such an increase in tariffs is quite natural and minimal. Its necessity is associated with the level of inflation, which does not stand still. On the other hand, for some people, especially state employees and those who are already on a well-deserved pension, every penny counts. Therefore, people are preparing seriously for even a minimal increase in tariffs and are extremely upset by such information.

More information about the price increase

It is clear that there are some schemes here, which are quite difficult to understand the first time. Because not all tariffs are raised, and some areas in terms of payment levels remain completely unchanged. For example, the price of MVNO packages with telephony does not change, but with the right approach you can still save on these services. Despite the fact that the number of services in the package will be increased by 42%. It is also worth noting that the tariffs of the “Advanced” and “Premium” packages will also not be affected by the change.

If we consider fixed-line telephony, which the state offers to the population, then you need to understand that the tariffs for it consist of a subscription fee (it is necessarily written off regardless of whether a person uses his own landline phone or not), as well as the cost of specific telephone connections. MGTS Moscow tariffs for home telephones for 2018 for individual subscribers for using the subscriber line do not change. They amount to 205 rubles per month. But the switching scheme is selected individually.

Payment is charged every month for a subscriber connection and nothing depends on the tariff plan. The final cost of the connection will be combined and it consists of a time-based payment plus a subscription fee.

About popular tariffs

The most popular among MGTS subscribers is the unlimited tariff plan. With a fixed fee, you can eventually get an unlimited number of telephone connections. Payment for this tariff plan is indexed by 3.1%, which in monetary terms is 12 rubles. That is, the full payment per month now under this tariff plan will be 499 rubles.

The FTS also confirmed the indexation of payment for the basic volume of local connections received if a combined tariff is selected. In the second case, the cost of the service fee increased from 410 rubles to 429 rubles. But the basic conversation volume that this tariff offers, 400 minutes, has been completely preserved.

If we consider the cost of a minute of conversation for people who choose the more previously accepted time-based cost of payment, then since the middle of last year it has amounted to 0.6 rubles. At the same time, previously the cost of a minute of conversation in this case was 0.54 rubles. On a combined tariff, if 400 included minutes have already been used during the month, the payment will not be about.52 rubles (as it was before June 1, 2016), but already 0.58 rubles. How much will electricity tariffs increase this year?

For connecting subscribers within the network, the tariff remains the same and the subscription fee is one ruble 58 kopecks for each minute used. The cost of local packages for telephone connections within the city also did not change and is 625 rubles. This is relevant for the “Advanced” package, which has already been discussed in this material. As part of this package, the volume of local connections is not limited; 100 minutes of calls are included in the price. But the “Premium” tariff costs 850 rubles (its cost has also not changed). This tariff will include 300 minutes for free calls.

It is also worth noting the packages, which include not only minutes of conversation within the city network, but also calls to mobile phones. Here the tariffs have not changed and they range from 600 to 1850 rubles per month, depending on the conditions.

Important! The tariff for installing a telephone in a city apartment has also not changed since June 1, 2016 and remains 1,800 rubles.

Home telephony today for many is still only a means of voice communication. But MGTS tries to keep up with the times and is constantly introducing some new services. For example, if a landline telephone has already been installed and subscribers want to connect additional services of the company, they can count on 10-40% discounts for the cost of each service separately.

Many MGTS subscribers who use the GPON optical network have already been able to appreciate innovations - fast telephony and digital television, high-speed Internet, modern cellular communications and even the ability to order security alarm services.

This is what MGTS Moscow Tariffs for a home phone look like for 2018. As you can see, the increase was not for all tariffs, but even where they were increased, they were quite insignificant. We hope that every person who uses landline telephone services and pays decently for them is satisfied with the quality of the services provided.

MGTS is an abbreviation that stands for Moscow City Telephone Network, which appeared back in the 19th century - 1882. Since then, the corporation has been regularly performing communication functions for residents of the Russian Federation - providing uninterrupted mobile and landline communications, providing access to the global Internet, offering video surveillance services, security monitoring and others. In 2016 and 2017, MTS can be considered one of the largest owners of shares with the opportunity to receive MGTS dividends, which owns almost 95 percent of their total amount. You can learn about how and where you can receive MGTS dividends, how they are paid in 2016-2017 and what is meant by preferred shares from the article below.

What are dividends

The name dividend is the profit that shareholders must receive when dividing their earnings. It is worth noting that payments that fall into the hands of shareholders are not a share of net profit - dividends on shares can only be received after paying all costs - taxes, payments on preferred shares in the year of profit distribution. The latter, unlike ordinary papers, have special capabilities and limitations. A person who owns a preferred share has a primary and guaranteed right to receive dividends. However, it does not have a vote when voting at a meeting of all shareholders.

Payments of dividends on shares are made unevenly for each shareholder - profit can be obtained in a proportional calculation, where the size of the dividend is calculated in proportion to the percentage of the owner's shares. The company has the right not to pay dividends for one or several years.

MGTS - payments on shares for 2016 and 2017

According to information posted on economic forums and analytical materials, dividend payments on MGTS shares are breaking all sorts of records.

For ordinary securities

As of last year, 2016, the amount for the total distribution of dividend payments and preferred shares of MGTS and ordinary shares amounted to a large amount - more than twenty-two billion: 22,186,910,769 in domestic currency. Total - for one ordinary security, as well as for a preferred share, the number of dividends amounted to 233 rubles. This amount has increased significantly and was the largest among MGTS's payments to its shareholders over the last five years.

It is important to remember that the company reserves the right not to pay dividends on preferred and ordinary shares for one or more years if this improves the economic position of the company and increases turnover.

MGTS took advantage of this opportunity in 2011 and 2012. This led to the preservation and increase of profits and, consequently, to large dividend payments by MGTS for 2016.

To preferred shareholders

In 2017, no less active dividend payments to holders of preferred and ordinary shares are predicted. Thanks to news materials in information and specialized - economic - media disseminating information about MGTS's record dividends, the number of shares purchased from the city telephone company increased significantly. The outgoing 2017 promises to equally significantly replenish the budget of the owners of MGTS shares, not only preferred ones, but also ordinary shares. In 2016 and 2017, the main shareholder of MGTS was and remains the well-known cellular communications company - MTS.

How and where to receive dividends

A person who has purchased shares of any company is interested in knowing where it is possible to receive dividends? MGTS informs shareholders: dividend payments on shares are made at MTS Bank branches. There are many subsidiary offices in Moscow, where shareholders can easily receive dividends on shares in 2017.

Such branches are located, among other things, at the following addresses: Myasnitskaya Street, building 11; Autumn Boulevard, building 5, building 1; Leninsky Prospekt, building 45; Suschevsky Val, house 9, building 1 and others. More accurate information about office opening hours and their locations can be obtained by dialing the phone number: 88002500520 or 84957770001 at any time of the day.

Shareholders who wish to receive MGTS dividends in 2017 need to take into account the bank’s requirements and, when receiving a sum of money, present a number of documents confirming this right. When a shareholder independently applies to an institution, it is necessary to present a Russian passport.

The authorized person will be able to receive MGTS dividends using a power of attorney issued in advance by the bank or certified by a notary. The heirs of the shareholder can also apply for a power of attorney from a notary and a certificate of inheritance.

Conclusion

MGTS dividends are paid to shareholders in the manner established by the company and in compliance with tax legislation. In 2016, dividends on preferred shares and ordinary securities increased significantly - from 15.26 rubles to 233. The same phenomenon, according to forecasts, is expected in 2017. The question of where to receive dividends is easy to answer - at MTS Bank branches upon presentation of the package necessary documents - to apply in person and receive a profit, you must present a valid citizen’s passport. To receive payment to a trustee or heir, papers are prepared and certified by a notary in advance.

In December 2017, PJSC Moscow City Telephone Network (MGTS) begins construction of a network using the GPON standard in the city of Reutov, Moscow Region (MO). For the first time in the Moscow region, the operator will cover the entire city with GPON technology. Previously, the operator built a network using the GPON standard in the settlements of the Moscow Region in parts. MGTS noted that the market of Moscow Region and New Moscow is an important growth point for the company and the operator is already actively entering the cities of the Moscow region. Experts believe that MGTS can count on increasing its subscriber base by several tens of thousands of subscribers in a few years in all cities of the Moscow region, where the operator plans to enter with GPON technology by 2020.

Deputy Minister of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications of the Moscow Region Vyacheslav Metelev told a ComNews correspondent that MGTS will begin construction of a network using the GPON standard in Reutov next month on the sidelines of the VII International Forum "Broadband - Infrastructure for the Digital Economy 2017", organized by ComNews Conferences. He noted that MGTS will begin construction of the GPON network after signing an agreement with the city administration and the Ministry of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications of the Moscow Region. Construction work will begin immediately after signing the documents.

According to Vyacheslav Metelev, Reutov is the first city in the Moscow region, where the operator will cover the technology GPON whole city. Previously, the operator built a network using the GPON standard in the cities of the Moscow region in parts. At the same time, the official noted, MGTS is determined to expand from GPON to the Moscow region. Vyacheslav Metelev emphasized that PON (Passive Optical Network) is a high-tech service that suits all Muscovites and will suit the residents of Reutov. “In the city of Reutov there are a couple of telecom operators, but there are no providers with GPON technology at all,” complained Vyacheslav Metelev.

Answering a question from a ComNews correspondent how long it will take to build a network using the GPON standard in Reutov, Vyacheslav Metelev said that on average it takes one year. “The MGTS project is divided into three stages, and next year the districts of Reutov will be selected step by step, where the construction of GPON will be carried out. The city is complex, it is divided by a railway: there are northern and southern sides,” the official noted, adding that MGTS is implementing this project itself, without involving additional vendors.

As Tatyana Martyanova, head of the MGTS press service, clarified, Reutov is a potentially interesting city for the company. “It will be possible to talk about the details of the project in Reutov as soon as the city administration, for its part, signs a trilateral agreement,” noted MGTS.

Let us recall that MGTS already provides services using GPON technology in Moscow, and in the winter of this year the operator announced its entry into the Moscow region market with GPON technology. Tatyana Martyanova clarified that the market of the Moscow region and New Moscow is an important growth point for MGTS and the operator is already actively entering the cities of the Moscow region located closer than 50 km from the Moscow Ring Road. "We plan to be present in cities near Moscow located closer than 50 km from the Moscow Ring Road, for example, such as Odintsovo, Reutov, Balashikha, Nekrasovka, as well as New Moscow (territories included within the city since July 1, 2012). Our goal is to 2020 to build a data transmission network in these cities and begin to provide services on its basis for 100 thousand subscribers,” added Tatyana Martyanova.

According to her, in settlements within a radius of 50 km from Moscow, competition in the broadband access (Broadband Internet access) market is no less than in the capital, so MGTS plans to use only GPON technology to connect new subscribers. “This will make it possible to bring a fiber optic cable directly to the user’s apartment and offer Internet access at speeds of up to 1 Gbit/s in a package with any number of additional services,” said Tatyana Martyanova, adding that this year MGTS began construction work and the first connections in apartment buildings (MKD) in the city of Mytishchi.

“Given that the markets in the cities are already saturated, MGTS can count on an increase in the subscriber base by several tens of thousands of subscribers in a few years in all of the listed cities in total. This can increase the company’s existing subscriber base by several percent,” the operator commented on the exit communications to the Moscow region market, TMT Consulting analyst Irina Yakimenko.

According to Leonid Delitsyn, a financial analyst at the Finam group of companies, if plans are implemented, MGTS will expand its subscriber base from 50 thousand to 100 thousand subscribers by 2020. “Taking into account our forecast growth in broadband penetration in the region from the current level of 69% to 75%, this will correspond to an increase in the share of MGTS from 2.6% to 4.8%,” he added.

As for income, the analyst believes that after connecting the planned number of subscribers, the operator’s revenue will approximately double. “Upon completion of construction, it will be necessary to conduct a marketing campaign to notify potential clients about the availability of the service, after which the client base will begin to grow - primarily as new apartment buildings are filled. However, it is clear that this is not a one-time event,” summed up Leonid Delitsyn.

In a conversation with a ComNews correspondent, Vyacheslav Metelev noted that the Ministry of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications of the Moscow Region insists that the tariff policy of MGTS in the Moscow region does not differ from Moscow.

As a representative of Rostelecom PJSC told a ComNews correspondent, the operator provides broadband access services using GPON technology in 14 settlements of the Moscow region. “Services are provided locally in apartment buildings and private houses located in rural settlements of the Moscow region. In all other settlements of the region, Rostelecom provides broadband access services using other technologies, depending on the feasibility of using a particular technology,” the company commented.

The Rostelecom press service added that the operator does not plan to build GPON networks in Moscow Region in 2018. “As an exception, it is possible to consider spot construction in low-rise residential buildings and individual housing construction.

“PJSC VimpelCom (Beeline brand) provides broadband access services in the Moscow region, and in developing the network we adhere to “smart planning”. At the same time, we are studying all modern technologies that could potentially be in demand by our clients,” they said yesterday operator's press service.

As a representative of NetByNet (Net By Net Holding LLC) noted, the company has been providing fixed-line communication services both in Moscow and the Moscow region since 2006. He added that today it is about 300 settlements. In the private sector of the Moscow region, more than 23 thousand households are connected using GPON technology. “We are systematically developing and building new networks in new territories of the Moscow region and connecting subscribers wherever we see market development potential and technical need for residents of villages and cities,” the NetByNet press service told a ComNews correspondent.

The Akado Telecom company (Comcor OJSC) noted that the operator successfully operates in the Moscow region, where it provides communication services to corporate clients and residents of cottage villages - comprehensive offers, including multi-channel digital television services, including interactive television, access to Internet and telephony, as well as additional ones - video surveillance, construction of a dedicated home-office communication channel, organization of a dedicated Wi-Fi zone. “Services are provided based on GPON and FTTH technologies - Fiber to The Premises. In conditions of complex terrain, we build base stations to use Radio Ethernet technology,” Akado clarified.

Vyacheslav Metelev believes that the market of the Moscow region has not yet been developed by telecom operators. At the same time, providers in the Moscow region are ready to develop broadband access, pay TV, and video surveillance services within the framework of the Safe Region program. He added that today there are about 130 telecom operators in the Moscow region. “There are 54.1 thousand residential buildings in the Moscow region. 44.2 thousand houses with two or more telecom operators, which is 82%. There are more than 5,000 houses with one telecom operator, which is 10%,” the deputy minister said.

According to Irina Yakimenko, as of the third quarter of 2017, the top five Internet providers in the Moscow region in terms of the size of the subscriber base in the B2C segment include Rostelecom - 20%, VimpelCom - 6%, NetByNet - 6%, Trivon Network group " (brands "Smile", "Speedy-line") - 5% and "Iskratelecom" (brands Seven Sky, "GorKom") - 5%.

The subscription fee was charged a month after access was blocked. I understand if the provision of Internet access continued, but they themselves blocked it and continue to write it off. contract 4992012421. Technical support first tried to prove to me that I was still using the Internet, but after checking they agreed that it was blocked. Then they tried to delay the blocking to the last debit of money from the account - after which they hung up

Hello! For the first time in my life I’m writing a review, this is what MGTS has brought me to.
I installed the router in April 2019, but from that moment on I left the apartment for two months, turning off everything possible. When I returned in early June, I found that there was no internet connection, even though I had paid for all the months. I called the technician, and they warned me that the call would cost 500 rubles. The technician discovered that the fiber optic cable was pinched near the router itself, where the cable was wound up. He didn’t respond to any explanations that I didn’t do anything, because he says that breaking this cable is as easy as shelling pears and that’s the only way money is made. Okay, I think 500 rubles, so 500 rubles, but no, he said that this is only for the call, and according to the receipt it will be 1500. After clarification, he said that we can negotiate for 1000 (for MGTS I inform you that the name of the master, it seems, is Sergey , phone +7985390868. I cut it in that place, did everything, but advised me to wrap the scuffs in another place of the cable myself with electrical tape, etc. The threat of the next visit loomed.
Next, I decided to deal with the fact that I didn’t spend a single byte for the month of May, but I paid for all the services. When I installed the Internet, I thought that they were like everyone else: if I didn’t pay for the month, I was blocked. It turns out that they block me out of spite after 2 months. Complaining about the lack of information, I called support. There they told me that recalculation can be carried out upon application at the MGTS office. At the MGTS office they checked that everything for May was zero, and calmly processed my application, as if it were common practice and everything would be fine. But today the answer came: since MGTS did not have any failures in May, it is not our fault, and we cannot help in any way.
So, trying to save money with MGTS services, I have lost more time and money so far.

The phone rings - I pick up, there is a man on the other end of the line, they say this is MGTS, you pay 850 rubles for the Internet. and for the phone 250, they say 1100 all together, we can connect some other nonsense and it will cost 100 rubles more, when to come, on Friday or Saturday? I ask, will I have to pay more? he says - yes - for only 100 rubles, and I will get channel 141!! I say - I'm not interested. Next, pause for 5 seconds, take a breath and continue.

You pay 350 rubles for the Internet and 250 for the phone, all together 600 rubles, I say, I don’t know, it’s not me who pays these bills, I just go to work. We can connect some nonsense, it will cost 50 rubles more. I say no, but he asks how often do I watch TV? I say - I don’t watch at all (I only watch movies and TV series through IVI and the KHL during the season), after that, woe - the manager was silent on the phone and hung up.

Do you have a person who teaches how to communicate correctly on the phone with clients? Not only “is it more convenient for you on Fri. or Sat. but Hello (name, patronymic), is it convenient for you to speak now?? I apologize for the trouble, all the best to you... Teach those on whom your profit depends how to communicate correctly with clients, if they cannot improvise competently, give them scripts. It seems that you are just trying to sell some nonsense for more money, but there is no development. According to my previous review, no one called, wrote, or apologized for the inconvenience caused to me , not a service, don’t understand what

In January 2019, after increasing the subscription fee without any notice (despite the fact that there was a budget for weekly calls with an offer to connect to GPON), we decided to refuse the services of this provider.

On January 26, 2019, I wrote a statement at the Ostankino Central Clinical Hospital department and returned the modem. Senior Manager of the District N.V. accepted my application, confirmed the termination of the contract, issued act 427069-1/2001 confirming the return of the modem.

In May, my grandmother (who is not the owner of the terminated contract!) receives a registered letter signed by the head of the accounts receivable management department of the Financial block K-voy E.A. with a requirement to return the modem or refund its cost by May 23. Otherwise, they threaten to hand over her data to collect the debt to Ruskollektor LLC.

On the same day I contact the MGTS call center employees to clarify the situation. The operator is very surprised by my story, checks the information and confirms that we do not own any equipment. The problem cannot be solved remotely - he suggests visiting the MGTS office again with our report.

On May 18, I show the employee of the Ostankino Central Parking and Training Center my copy of the signed act stating that the equipment was returned. The employee notes something on his computer, confirming that the equipment has been removed from the balance sheet. As a supporting document, I am asked to write a statement in which I ask MGTS to remove the equipment debt from its balance sheet, because I already returned it.

Starting from June 22, my mother begins to receive calls from a certain collection agency Ruskollektor, which cannot contact my grandmother. Apparently, like all collectors, the employee is not going to explain why he is calling, where he got my mother’s number from, and why we need to provide him with my grandmother’s personal information.

With simple calculations, I come to the conclusion that MGTS once again lost all documents, employees did nothing, personal data of people who did not enter into an Internet agreement with MGTS were transferred to collectors. The theory is confirmed by another employee of the MGTS call center, who this time for some reason already sees the modem listed on the balance sheet. The statement cannot explain where the documents went, and does not know why the information was transferred to collectors.

To summarize this story: it is not possible to part with this “miracle” provider so easily - the terms of the contract require the return of the equipment, but the company is not embarrassed that the contract was allegedly terminated without the return of the equipment. Acts can be signed and then thrown away. You can assign non-existent debts to people who do not have contracts with the company and transfer their personal data to third-party companies. And of course, do nothing on your own to resolve the issue - it’s me, the client (even a former one) who must spend his time, regularly visit the company’s offices, sort out the mistakes of numerous employees and provide documents lost by the company.

In this regard, I would like to hold accountable the employees of PJSC MGTS, the senior manager of the Ostankino Center for Receipts and Logistics, R-nu N.V., the head of the accounts receivable management department of the Financial block of the K-vu E.A., the employee of the Ostankino Center for Receivables and Logistics who accepted the return act again (unfortunately, full name not indicated in the documents), as well as call center employees who repeatedly show negligence in their work.

I have been connected to MGTS home Internet for several years. Suddenly, the bill for services increased, I called the contact center, I was informed that I had been transferred to a different tariff, which was reported in three ways: by SMS, in the news on the provider’s website, in branches. I don’t go to branches, the news on the website is the last thing I will read, I checked the SMS - there is nothing except messages about bills sent to email. Deception. Why did they change the tariff? Unknown. Why has the cost increased? We increased some parameter (the number of channels or Internet speed), but if we return to the previous parameters, the price will no longer be the same. For new subscribers, this is a very advantageous offer, like 500 rubles for 500 megabits, of course, for existing subscribers there is no such thing. What else could you expect from a state-owned company - my mistake. They don't value existing subscribers at all. Don't be fooled by this company's tempting offers. This is the first time I have encountered such an unpleasant attitude from a provider.
