1. Semi-automatic registration
Semi-automatic registration is much more effective than manual registration and is no lower in quality than manual registration, even higher - because provides complete control over registration in each directory and at the same time reduces the factor of human error when filling out the same fields every time.

Black checkmarks in this column opposite sites indicate the ability to register a site automatically, gray checkmarks indicate Smart. If there are no checkmarks, not all fields are recognized and you will have to click the “Fill out forms” button during registration or manually enter your value.

You can sort all sites in the database by this parameter and thus determine the number of Smart, auto and non-smart and auto.
Quick smart registration is greatly facilitated by correctly compiled lists of categories (sections) into which your site fits (see the section on the website “Recommendations and instructions for creating a project for Allsubmitter”). This is the “Contact Information” tab in the “Project Manager” - in a specific project.
How semi-automatic registration occurs (the mechanism of action itself, the logic of the program):

You: Press the “Start registration” key (F1) - (1)

Option 2. You: If the program has not filled out all the forms, click the “Fill out forms” button - (2).

The program: Checks their correctness and independently presses the registration button (in the case of Smart registration, if you allowed it to perform self-registration in the top horizontal menu “Semi-automatic registration” - “Smart registration” - check the “automatically register form”).
The program waits for a successful registration response and presses the “Forward” key to display the next directory.
Option 2. You: (in the case of disabled smart registration or a catalog without all recognized fields for smart registration) check the correctness of all data and click the “Register”, “Next”, “Ok”, “Finish”, etc. button. in the form on the website.
Wait for the successful registration response and click the “Next site” button (appears instead of “Start registration” under the same F1 - (1) button and there you select the options for the registration result - “Successful”, “Later”, “Bad” to generate your report or in case of definitely successful completion, immediately “Successful” (F4) - (3).
That is, ideally it would be one keystroke from you to register in all directories in the database. But of course this does not happen, since different catalogs have different forms, different conditions, but in many cases the speed of semi-automatic registration increases very, very much.
2. How to start semi-automatic registration
To register, you must have created a project and imported the database.
1. Select “Semi-automatic registration” from the menu or press Alt +2
2. From the proposed list of projects, select the desired project for the site that you will register

Select the category you need by clicking the checkbox next to it. If desired, check the “Select with subcategories” checkbox (3) and then you will register in all subcategories and subsubcategories of this category.
Attention! Having selected all the necessary categories with a checkmark, you need to double-click on one of the desired (selected) ones or press Enter to fix the selection.
3. Let's start registration:
We “stand up” in turn on 3-5 bookmarks, whichever ones are convenient for you, and on each one press F1 (“Start registration”). In your bookmarks, sites from your chosen database category or categories of your databases begin to open in random order.

Filling out the forms– we check how the submitter did it and if he did not fill out all the forms, click “Fill out forms” as described in the previous chapter.
Click the button after the form on the site - “Add”, “OK”, “Done”, “Register”, etc.
We are waiting for the registration response to load.
If the site indicates that errors have been made, we return using the “Back” button or the link to the previous page offered by the site and refill the forms.
If everything is filled out correctly and registration is successfully completed on this site, press F1 (the “Next site” button) and selecting the appropriate registration result from the suggested “Successful”, “Later” or “Bad”, go to another site.
If the site turns out to be unsuitable for registration - the registration period for its domain or hosting has expired, the form has errors in the program code, an error occurs after successful registration, the captcha is not loaded, site registration is suspended - send such a site to the “black list” so that in the future it will again don't waste time on it.
Attention! Be sure to register with Anti-Virus enabled(+Firewall), since directories can be infected with viruses.
“Successful”, “Later”, “Bad” reports are formed primarily for ourselves and for the customer - they do not affect the contents of the database.
If for some reason you don’t want to register any of the sites now, we send it to “Later” - we can always return to it later. To do this, after registration, you will need to go to the “Registration Report”, selecting the desired project and the required database categories, select all sites in the “Later” tab and return them back to “Remaining” - right-click on the selected sites - “Move to remaining”
If you wanted to correct something in the project already during registration and you need this information to be offered by the program on the following sites, and at the same time so that you do not have to close and reopen “Semi-automatic registration” - click on the “Project” button in the top button bar during semi-automatic registration and make changes. Continue - new information will already be displayed.
3. FAQ – some questions and answers
How many streams (bookmarks, websites) should I install in parallel?
At your discretion, it depends on the speed of your Internet connection and the power of your computer, as well as on how convenient it is for you - I usually find it convenient to register in 3-5 sites in parallel.
How many sites should I register in one day/month?
I won’t give a clear answer here; read different opinions of SEO specialists online. Moreover, the situation with search engines is constantly changing.
I think it’s better not to do more than 50-100 per day or 1.5-3 thousand per month. Not every directory or site will accept your site and your descriptions, not every link to you will be indexed by Yandex, and often, unless you additionally contribute to this by “feeding” directory pages with links to you to the search engines, indexing is a long process. Therefore, I believe that such volumes are exactly what is needed to achieve results quickly and not fall under the filters.
How long does it take to register according to the database?
On average, with high-quality semi-automatic registration, in a working day (8 hours) you can register somewhere up to 400-500 catalogs. Much depends on whether these are standard white/gray catalogs, or thematic, business, regional, where more data is usually required, often registration and, accordingly, more time.
If you arrange the types of sites in a list in ascending order of the amount of time spent on registration(at the bottom are the sites that require a lot of time, at the top - the least), then the average result will be something like this:

How often should I re-register in the database?
Well, considering that if you follow my recommendations and register gradually throughout the TOP Database, you will not quickly use all parts of the database and taking into account regular major updates, the resource of the database will constantly grow.
But, if you use only a small part of the TOP Database - website directories or article directories, then in more detail:
In catalogs of websites and companies, in RSS aggregators in principle, you can register only once - they do not duplicate sites or companies. However, you can do this 2-3 times just in case if not all catalogs were accepted the first time.
Article directories, sites for adding press releases and news, bulletin boards and forums can be accessed many times.
Article catalogs. You can write as many articles as you like with different keywords and links to them and be sure to multiply each one, make many unique options, and so that it is more or less useful to people, written in “human” language.
Notice boards. Some boards are moderated and prohibit similar advertisements, but for half of the boards (the most active) it makes sense to send out even almost identical advertisements 2-3 times a week. For the rest - 2-3 times a month.
Forums. There are several strategies here. You can send different messages on different topics from the same or different people. You can find old messages on your topic and write there. Therefore, the number of messages from you can, in principle, be anything and depends on the size and activity of each specific forum and your intelligence and enterprise. However, of course, do not forget that if you overdo it, it is easy to get banned not only by nickname, but also by IP address, and then it will be difficult to write new messages on this forum.
I ran the project on message boards and want to do it again, but the program shows me that I can register in 0 sites. What to do?
You need to go to the “Registration Report” (Alt +3) and, having selected this project and that part of the database for which you carried out registration, select all sites from the “Successful” bookmark (and, if desired, other bookmarks – “Later”, “Bad”) and click “Move to Remaining” and then you can go to “Semi-automatic registration” again and register again.
Why are there no auto-registration instructions in your file?
Search engines are increasingly introducing filters for a sharp increase in link mass; the quality of automatic registration itself is extremely low. Somewhere, if a description is entered into the machine that does not meet the requirements of the directories, your site will be banned, and it will be impossible to re-register. Submitted descriptions often cannot be edited, and you may not like what you registered as a result of automatic registration.
Often, automatically, especially in low-quality databases, only the first stage of adding is completed - registration, somewhere the auto-registration was completed incorrectly and “Successfully” was generated, and as a result, the site may end up in the “Successful” list, but in fact registration did not take place.
I especially don’t recommend doing this with those rare white directories that provide a direct link without requiring a return link. In addition, all moderators of good directories who value their time have long since taken care of protection from automatic registration.
The usual result of large-scale auto-registration is a damaged database, a very small percentage of successful registrations even with hundreds and thousands of letters, the threat of being banned by search engines, low site trust, a damaged history of the development of the link mass of your site, etc.
